There are not enough stars on this review to give Peter and his team at So Cal VA Homes. One of his team members, Dave Velazquez, assisted me with a refinance on my home, which occurred with minimal impact on my daily life. Dave was super informative and kept me updated weekly. He saved me over 400 dollars monthly and was also able to put a decent amount of money in my pocket. Their support for veterans, active duty and retired, is impeccable. They go above and beyond for service members and it shows! As an active duty Marine with over 18 years, I highly recommend SoCal VA Homes to all service members. First off I don't normally write reviews... I am a hard-nosed detail oriented kind of person.. I am not your friend and I'm not looking for you to be my friend all I care about are the facts and the numbers.. this company hands down did the absolute best job out of a dozen lenders I spoke with and got quotes from... the numbers don't lie and Peter and his team was able to save me thousands of dollars and lower my interest rate an amazing 2% which equates to hundreds of dollars of savings every month.. not only that but he advised me properly in the path to take... he locked me in at a great rate and then went ahead and beat his own rate with a better rate..( who does that).... he sent me his number one best-selling book which was full of useful information as well... his staff was always very courteous and professional even when I was about to cancel the deal at the last moment thinking I had found a better rate they reached out explain the facts and helps me make the proper choice... there character and integrity is of the utmost quality... the numbers don't lie and I am the kind of person who reads every page line for line I challenge you to find a company that will give you a better deal...
