He listened to me talk about my financial situation and goals, and creatively structured a set of two loans that fit my situation perfectly and allowed me to keep my monthly payments at a specified level. I was very impressed. After that, his staff was right on top of things. They made sure to communicate, pretty much daily, because we had essentially two loan applications going with two different institutions that had different requirements. They basically rode herd on the project and made sure everything was done on time for the chosen closing date. Excellent service.
