Julie is one of the most organized and professional people I've ever worked with. I tried another mortgage broker and was confused from the start on what was happening. I quickly switched to Julie Malta based on the reviews and was pleased that my experience was better than I could have expected. To be fair, I put a lot fo work into the paperwork and followed her instructions to the letter. Though I felt I put a lot of work into the application, Julie put more and kept the process superlatively organized. There was not one point where I wondered, "What is going on?" Julie made a consistent and concerted effort to communicate with me, even when she was on vacation on the literal other side of the planet. I can't think of how she could have done a better job. I highly recommend her and would work with her again.

Julie was everything we could have asked for in a mortgage broker and more. She made sure that she and her team very thoroughly went through each step of the process with us, and expertly worked with our realtor to secure our first home. As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions, and Julie was always there to answer and explain every angle. She definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty. She extraordinarily competent and she is just fantastic to work with on all accounts. Everyone on her team was also excellent throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her and will look forward to working with her again if/when we decide to make another move!
