First and foremost the place is supposed to be handicap accessible it is very hard to get in with a knee scooter or wheelchair, second the staff there is very lackluster and unprofessional took over 20 minutes to cash a $500 check written from them then they charged a $5 fee to cash a check from their Bank after 20 minutes of being hassled I finally get the check cashed and all I get told is sorry I hope your day gets better, what could have made it better was excellent customer service and a smile instead of unfriendly and unprofessional staff that have no idea what the is going on.

The local people are great! However try to get one on the Phone. That is a Horrible, Horrible way of doing business. You get sent to a call center where your just a number. The reason I will be closing my account and moving it elsewhere.
