    This place was amazing. A throw back to the 50's. There is a cool sculpture of a plane with no wings. Cool place.

    Bombay beach is on the shore of the Salton Sea...the largest lake in CA...but not for long...it is receding quickly. The town is mostly a ghost town but there are still a few people living there. There is a convenient store and maybe a small restaurant. Pretty crazy place to stop for a bit and take pics.
