They use Total Mortgage as their backend processing and will likely sell your loan to another company immediately and you have no control over this. The rep we used was helpful in getting the loan processed fast, but it's Total Mortgage who you will have to deal with (URGH), as well as the mortgage company the sell to. Suggest going with a mortgage company who does not sell your loan.
