KUDOS! To the entire Suzanne M. Downs Palm Beach Mortgage Group! We cannot rave enough. What a TEAM!!! From a lottery ticket, to a gift card of soothing cups of coffee provided and added special touches throughout. A Special Thank You! to the dynamic duo of Ashleigh Sasser and our Realtor Kay Joyce who all deserve a standing ovation for the tireless commitment they provided us throughout our Home Sweet Home Purchasing journey. During weekends, at night, and at any time of the day, they all made us feel like family as their availability remained genuine, authentic, supportive and constant. Thank You all for providing us with an Excellent and AMAZING one-of-a-kind Home Purchasing Experience!!!

Having just moved in to our wonderful new home we owe a lot of thanks to Suzanne and the entire team at Palm Beach Mortgage Group. The process was conducted with great professionalism and went very smoothly. Of particular note was the creative ideas offered during the process to add specific value and the frequent, friendly communications that provided a high level of transparency.
