Was requesting to set up a business bank account there to drive across the border for convenience. Communication is very poor. Unprofessional and do not recommend. For cross-border banking - I would suggest you to travel a bit further and go to the cities like Rochester NY or New York City to get accounts in other banks.

Solid bank in a good location in Champlain. Also has an atm if you need fast cash.
