Everyone we worked with was on top of their game and very communicative. They let us know what was needed from us and what to expect next all via email. We never had to go on the phone even though they offered every step of the way. They also have good FAQs and materials on their website that explain the closing process—a process that was pretty confusing for a first-time home buyer like me. I have a hard time believing a big bank could ever deliver an experience like JVM in a 14 day time window. You won't regret going with JVM.
