Brian refused to work around my busy schedule, also wasted my time talking about how amazing his team is. Instead of giving me important information. The worst part is after i had to cancel several appointments because my wife couldn't get off work in time. He now will not answer my phone calls whatsoever. Please do not waste your time with this man he is a smooth talker looking to take your money!

We were mislead. It was our own fault for not shopping mortgages ourselves...we put too much weight and trust in the recommendation of our realtor. We asked about rates up front and were given vague answers about how they change and it will be locked in at the "lowest possible rate" as they analyze the day to day. A couple weeks before we close and our mortgage rate is locked in, we find out that we are give a rate almost a full 1% more than we can get at other banks. By this time it was too late for us to go with anyone else and keep our close date, which was a must per the seller's needs. While we did negotiate it down some and got a slightly better rate, it still was almost .5% higher than the rate we could have gotten through Wells Fargo. To add insult to injury, we were sent a letter a couple weeks after closing that our mortgage had been sold to Wells Fargo - so now we are paying more to the same bank that offered us to pay less. I am really disappointed in the team for the misleading and vague answers in the beginning. I accept responsibility for not doing my own research and applying to multiple banks. However, we were mislead and deceived through the processes until the point it was too late. I feel this type of communication is dishonest and unprofessional and would never choose to work with this company again.
