He made sure everything was as easy as possible, he answered our endless questions, he stayed late at his office when he didn't have to in order to meet with us and then to finish the final stages of our loan so we could close on our house the next day, he was ALWAYS available when we needed him, he was always prompt, and he walked us through every step of the home-buying process. We could not have worked with anyone better!
