My husband and I were 1st time home buyers, and the whole process was intimidating and stressful! I am so happy that we chose swbc for our mortgage! Rose is extremely knowledgeable, and is a genuinely sweet person. We truly got the impression she wanted what was best for us and our situation, and was not simply trying to make money off of us. She was always very quick to get back to us if we had questions (of which there were many!), and was very patient with explaining things to us. The other ladies in the office were super friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be using swbc for any future needs.
