Very rude staff takes days to get payoff I think they do this to charge extra fees pawn shops have better customer service skills

I would not recommend this company based on the unfortunate manner of the staff members here, very uptight & rude women who work in the front office area very impolite. Because of their unpleasantness and over all damenier I would recommend not doing business with them.
