I had dealt with another much larger lender about one year prior on another home and had nothing but frustration during that process. Cornerstone was recommended by our real estate agent and it was a night and day different experience. Travis even showed up at the title office for closing and saved us over $1000 dollars because of a mistake that had been made. I have never had a lender show up for closing.
