I received many letters about lower mortgage rates (as we all do). I looked at our current mortgage company and they were willing to lower our rate .5%. (which would have saved us about $90 a month) I knew there were better options so I looked through all the other letters and really felt led to contact Ryan. From the first call he was extremely helpful and explained everything. It took only a couple of weeks to get refinanced. and when it was all done we refinances almost 1.5% less and saved $300 a month in interest payments. He gave us the best deal from the beginning...unlike our previous company that was just tossing us a bone. I would definitely use him again
