Overall very smooth and quick close. Great communication, even answered home phone on a weekend evening which i wasn't expecting. Was given the rate I wanted from the get go. Only negative was the closing costs were higher than I expected and (quoted by other lenders) and I wasn't told I was "buying points to pay down" the rate we wanted. This was all news to me so maybe a more savvy person would have known that it works like this, I wasn't aware. Overall, I would use them again simply due to ease of transactions and assistance when I needed it any time of day.
