Roy Sperr worked with me and my wife to get a conventional Mortgage. We had credit issues. He told us exactly what we needed to do to secure the loan. I did everything he said to do and we closed on it today. There were no suprises at all and Roy kept encouraging us and he never had any doubt at all that he would get us the loan.
