Wendy & her team were great and very efficient. Big shout out to Claire who was very professional, thoughtful, caring and responsive. She was very quick with responses and made sure things went right the whole time. She made herself available even on a holiday as well as during a sick day. The whole experience felt very personalized. The process went very smoothly and it closed sooner than expected. Although the rates and fees were a bit less than desirable but that was up to the market and the services definitely lived up to it. Regardless, they were very dependable for their purposes as a mortgage lender. They have my endorsement.
