Scott and everyone else I worked with at SQF were great. very responsive, able to handle some last minute curve balls before closing, and the provided a competitive interest rate on our mortgage.

Scott Smith gave me the best renovation mortgage service I've ever received. Honest and straightforward. I highly recommend you contact him to shepherd you through the process.
