My clients unfortunately used Andi Hays for their mortgage. She caused them a tremendous amount of stress and caused the closing to be delayed unnecessarily. When I intervened on their behalf, she told them that they should not hire a lawyer. She then refused to speak to me and referred to me as their friend, the so-called lawyer. I texted her directly and invited her to look me up. I am an AV-rated Florida-licensed attorney since 1989 and graduated with honors from Columbia Law School. She blamed everything on the seller, with excuses that did not make sense. Since she would not speak to me, I spoke to the seller's agent directly and got the truth, which was they were ready, willing and able to close and did not know what the hold up was. She then called my clients and told them to tell me to stop talking to the seller. I am confident that without my intervention, the closing would have been delayed further and my clients would have ultimately gotten so frustrated that they would have backed out, all the while thinking it was the seller holding things up when it was actually Andi Hays and PRMG. I would never use or recommend PRMG or Andi Hays.
