Art and his team did a great job on our home loan. We bought a rural property, 11 acres, no comps, older home, on a well, with a septic, and I am self employed. If there ever was an impossible loan situation this was it. Art pushed it through, got it done, and closed on time. I would highly recommend him for a loan!

We are so grateful to have met and worked with Art on our mortgage! He beat out two other Brokers we were considering because of his "going the extra mile" for us with outstanding customer and personalized service! We highly recommend Art!
