I once called Churchill around 2008 to refinance my house. They said someone would call back. While I waited, I called Accurate mortgage, for I would always hear their ad as I listened to the Dave Ramsey show. By the time Churchill called the next day, my house was already financed with Accurate mortgage, for they were lightning fast as I am. Earlier this year around April 2018, I called them for the purchase of a new house. After several negotiations on how they could give me a loan (I've been debt free for 15 years and had no credit score and just started a new business), they said they would call back. I still haven't heard from them. Now Accurate mortgage is in the process once again of giving me a loan.
