    Applied for a car loan, the rep did a hard hit on my credit report and now refuses to call me back even though it was approved. I'm trying to rebuild my credit and to have this bank do a hard hit on my credit and then ignore me is ridiculous! I will never recommend this place.

    7 to 10 days to get my debit card, It’s been two weeks and still no sign of it. Says they’re open till 6 PM on a Thursday just left there at 5:19 PM and they’re closed. Worst bank I’ve ever gone too. I’m switching to associated Monday. Would not recommend his bank to anyone.
