I can not make a simple transaction without a fraud alert. Worthless bank but nice people. Lost trust that my debit card will be approved by their hyper fraud department. Editing my post from here, because the bank listened. They fired the company handling the fraud department, hopeful things will be normal now. Obviously I was not the only one getting frustrated. Kudos to the bank’s administration for making things right!

Retired as a former bank executive for out of state community banks, I find the Red Wing Merchants Bank a fine institution with very friendly personnel.
