What an awesome place to raise your family.

Community is great although a tad hyper vigilant but every time i start to think it’s too vigilant some type of crime takes place that reminds me to be only grateful for those neighbors especially bc the police presence and response is not as helpful. The quality of the structure of homes is definitely below standards definitely not energy efficient to many cracks and uneven issues. Desert Wildlife is a part of the inner community. Numerous random Bug swarms are beyond belief! Mosquitos are a legit hazard here. Cow feed lot a mile down the road creates a daily stench that will send you rushing to close the windows if they weren’t taped shut already due to the many swarms it bugs. Be careful of pack rats as they easily enter homes and cars and destroy those. Honestly it’s the family oriented community and people that make this place what it is good for. But the community is rapidly increasing and changing so tba on the effects. Certainly going to need another pool stat with the growth also the prices of homes has sky rocketed but for no real reason as stated it’s the people that make this place good definitely not the quality of the homes.
