I went with this this company because my agent spoke highly of them. Perhaps they are great with conventional loans, but my VA loan experience was a nightmare. They never follow up when they promised, I was left in the dark for a majority of the process, they asked for documents that I have already provided them, and I can never seem to get the two people handling my loan on the phone. They missed my closing date by 2 weeks. If you are a veteran, do yourself a favor, go with a bank that specialized in handling VA loans.
