I'm basing this on the only interaction I've attempted to have with them at the location which is via phone. Cannot get thru! They have a fax number listed as their only number when looking them up online! Extremely frustrating! I refuse to do business with a bank that I can't communicate with if I need to speak with someone.

Everyone in the bank is very friendly and seems to like there job.
