I am someone that likes to shop around. I want to know the current rates and I want to watch to see how they move from week to week. I want the best deal. And then I want to take that best deal and show someone else and get an even better deal. Todd made this difficult because his first offer was consistently the deal. I've done two loans through him now and every time I compare them to other loans, from rates to closing costs, his numbers are the best. I've even had a Chase broker tell me "If you can get those numbers, take it." I took it. So besides the great bottom line, Todd is always promptly available to answer my questions. It was important for me to understand exactly what I was paying for and how the numbers added up. It helped me fully understand what I was paying for each month. It allowed me to fully understand the value of my home. This was priceless when going through my first loan.
