I had done research into the process (as I was a first time home owner) prior to buying, but it was all still over my head. Cheri really helped make sense of a complicated process. During the first phone call she took the time to explain the entire process to me, and asked me some general questions about what I wanted to spend, my max mortgage payment per month, etc. I walked away from that call feeling confident about the lending process. In the time leading up to the purchase, Cheri made sure to reply promptly when my realtor needed her to crunch numbers, or when I had questions. After finding the home I wanted to buy Cheri ran everything one more time to make sure I was getting the best rate. I had a really good experience with her, and would work with her again when buying another home.
