From start finish Chris was amazing!! Throughout the entire process Chris handled every concern of mine fast. The experience really shows when working with Chris, there were several unique issues that arose during my Mortgage process and there was always clear and actionable advice. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did our mortgage broker put everything off until the last minute, sending "Urgent" emails less than a week before closing, they screwed us out of our down payment. We lost the house we were going to by and thousands of dollars that would have gone towards another house. I have not been impressed with how they do business. First time home buyers, I do not recommend going to them unless you want to be confused and frustrated.
