For the past two months I've been trying to get Kristi Barber to help me with a home loan and sadly I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided. I'm new to the whole process and I've been providing her everything she's requested from me to get things going but to this day I've heard no response from her. It's been over a week since the last email I sent and I've still had no response from her. In many of her emails she sounded like she was "too busy" to help me. All in all it just seems very unprofessional to me to ignore messages and leave people hanging when that's what their job is about; helping people get home loan. And if not possible, then just simply inform them, not just ignore them like you don't care about their business. It just shows a huge lack of ethics and professionalism. As for now, I will take my business elsewhere and advise others to not seek this company's help for sure.
