Gosh, I see the negative reviews and for me the crew at Quincy has been great. I moved my accounts here from another bank in town about 4 years ago after having many issues there and have been pleased with the service they provide. I have set up a checking account, CD account, gotten a safety deposit box and always feel my belongings are safe. They do get really busy on payday with so many people coming to cash checks so I have to work around that. Anyway just thought I should speak up for the great things that I have experienced.

Very disappointed in this bank. My first time ever using the atm since I don’t live in this area. I was charged $4.00 fee for not banking with them and using a Chase card! PLUS an ATM foreign fee $2.50!!! That I didn’t know about until I checked my account! That is $6.50 for the $20 I wanted to take out!!! Other banks usually charge $2.00 fee!!! I’m so disappointed and angry! Will NEVER go here again!!!
