We hired Long & Foster to rent our house, and they provided us a tenant and charged us full month rent ($1000+). Our tenant was friend of an employee in the Long & Foster company. She referred her to us saying she would be a very good tenant. Since the start of the lease the tenant started giving us problems by depositing rent late and eventually not paying at all for months now. We have been to court multiple times, and tried to evict her now.I just wanted to let others know that if you get Tenant from this company get the background check report so you are aware of what you're dealing with.
