We feel so lucky to have found Josh to help us start the process and continue the process of building our home. He has answered all of our questions so willingly and has always been available when we needed him. This didn’t feel like a business deal, Josh made it feel like working with family. Thank you so much for helping us make a dream come true. Thank you for taking time to make us feel confident in our decisions and for making sure we understood everything.

Josh and his team are some of the most efficient and respectful professionals I have ever had the pleasure working with. Their communications and emails were very clear and thorough. They even sent videos to update us and explain each part of the process as we went through it! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future.
