This is my second time working with Nancy. I highly recommend. Both times she’s been able to find me deals and make my mortgage work. One mortgage fee simple and the other a leasehold I’m a single woman on my own income, now the happy owner of 2 properties on Maui!!! Who would have ever thought?! Besides being awesome at her job she has a wonderful spirit and a kind soul ️

Process was easy and organized. Nancy and Mariana both worked hard to process all the necessary paperwork and get them to the correct people!
