This is the third house I have bought and gone through the process. I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL and SMOOTH this process with Trinity Mortgage as gone!! My other two houses/different mortgage companies was nothing like this one. Phillip and Beth were awesome to work with!! I started the entire process and closed in actually 3 and a half weeks, and due to their fantastic communication, speed, and organization- I maybe spent only 3-4 hours total of my time having to answer questions or gather paperwork.
