Emmett really knows how to take the stresses of buying or refinancing a house away from the buyer. He is always prompt and available to answer questions and deal with random worries. I don’t have a very good credit score, wasn’t sure if I even had any options and Emmett was right there, reassuring me and making miracles happen. He was so awesome! I would recommend him to anyone. I am a little crazy, indecisive, and can be hard to deal with at times. I went from wanting to sell my house and buy a new one to doing a refinance on my current house. Emmett was so patient with me and provided me with step by step instructions and expectations, even after I did a total 180 from buying to refinancing. He’s always cool as a cucumber and I am convinced that there is nothing he can’t do. Side note: the Geneva financial team is also equally awesome!
