My mother and cousin were managing a rental property of mine in Tallahassee, and keeping the income in a checking account with this branch for repairs and maintenance. My mother took out a personal loan with this branch, and then died two months later, so they raided my rental property's account and stole over $3,500 from me. They say it's their legal right.
