Great experience! For my wife and I it was frustrating process at first to try to secure a loan since we where homeowners already and this was our second home, also the home we was purchasing was a bank own home which made things more difficult. We dealt with other mortgage companies and had no success, until we met Julian Toro and from the very biggining he started working hard to make us feel at ease and confident that he will do everything posible to secure our loan even tho it was in such short time that we had to close on the property that we wanted.
