Very disappointed with this bank. Extremely high fees. They access your personal bank accounts even when your business account is a corporation. Only one that ever helped me was Nancy at the port jeff branch. Issues never seem to get resolved and calls go unanswered. Tried to keep my accounts with a local bank as so many banks are closing but they made it impossible. Still have unresolved issues and very disappointed with the bank.

We first opened our accounts with Nancy Bradley when they were still on North Country Rd. Since then she has become an incredibly valuable resource, going above and beyond anytime we have a question or need assistance.
