Simplicity Mortgage was really that... simple. I worked specifically with Tara and she made the seemingly daunting experience of gathering all the documentation needed for a mortgage relatively easy. Tara was always available to answer questions day or night. Tara and Simplicity Mortgage made sure we were understood every step of the mortgage process and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. After assisting my parents with their mortgage, I can honestly stay I wish we knew about Simplicity Mortgage sooner. Most importantly, Tara made sure we knew exactly to the penny what we would need for closing, the mortgage, escrow, etc. so there were no surprises. I can't have anymore respect for Tara and Simplicity Mortgage than I do now. I would recommend them today, tomorrow, and if I ever buy again - I'll use them in the future.
