This is an amazing little park. The water is crystal clear and very cool. On a 95 degree day it feels amazing. Lots of picnic tables to enjoy a meal at. Some very nice trails to walk on as well. It does cost 4 dollars per car to get in. They have some very nice bathrooms with changing areas. If your in the area I would highly recommend stopping here for a visit and swim.

The perfect spot for the family who wants a great play place for their children. It mixed the natural beauty of the area with functionality. Without disturbing much of the area the state was able to add just a few walls and such to allow for greater use. Make no mistake, the fresh water coming out is perfectly beautiful and pretty chilly!! The park ranger was delightful! Whoever chose him for the job did great! He laughed and played with children as well as gave tours to adults. He was very personable and professional.
