Best experience possible. Lucio, the owner, was very professional. He spent 2 hours with me and my wife going through the whole process even before pulling our credit score. Smooth transaction from first contact to contract. Highly recommended. AAA Plus!

We had a great experience with Royal Mortgage USA. Lucio and Aline were very attentive to details. They guided and explained to us all steps of the process of buying our first property. We were able to close in less than 30 days. Everything was very smooth and well planned. We had no surprises (specially in the amount of the closing costs). In addition, they were always responsive, transparent, and reliable. Go there for a meeting and you will understand what I'm saying.
