Courtney Cooper would not respond to me in a timely manner. He denied this over and over. When I called the company to complain and request someone else to help me with my loan, they had HIM call me back. He chewed me out for calling to complain about him and to tell me I am wrong. He chewed me out a couple of times over the few months I had to work with his company because I asked too many questions I guess or needed him to respond to my questions and not take forever. Never did assign me someone else. Very unprofessional.

Johnathan O'Neal is a wonderful person to use for residential mortgages. He goes above and beyond to match borrowers with the right lender at the best interest rate. And, he is trustworthy.
