I very rarely visit the branch personally due the shift to online banking and consumer trends however when I do the service has been nothing but excellent. I am always greeted by friendly staff, have short wait times and am treated in a welcoming manner. Being a smaller community I love the one on one service provided. I do wish the hours were extended for lobby a little later to accommodate those working however the drive through is open and most needs can be accomodated online. The online service app is very user friendly and convenient. I have tried other banks over the years and feel like Central is very competitive and has a lot to offer

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I banked there for over 15 years and liked their small bank services and reasonable rates, but that is a thing of the past now. Recently they were completely disinterested in my application for a mortgage and their rates were not competitive. The lobby closes at 4 p.m. at many locations, but they post that they are open until 5. As usually occurs when a corporation grows, they identify their customers by a number and only provide the minimal amount services at no cost to customers with smaller deposits. I'm leaving this bank for a smaller bank that truly values its customers. It sad that when businesses like this grow and then they abandon or no long value their long term customers who have been loyal for years.
