My husband and I just had the pleasure of working with Ryan Smith and his Amazing team. They made the whole process of buying a home so easy. Ryan is an excellent communicator and delivers on his promises of all the dates during the process. He also has a wonderful personality and we really enjoyed working with him. I would recommended him to any family or friend member. Thank you Ryan for the amazing service!!

I've known Ryan and his team for a few years now so when it came time to purchase my personal home I knew they were the team for the job. From great mortgage products and programs allowing for a quick close(less than 18 days!!) Ryan's Team did not disappoint. Rebecca was extremely patient as we asked for a pre-approval letter for each home we wrote an offer on in this crazy market. After Offer nine, we had an accepted offer! Carol went above and beyond with following up with us so we knew where we stood in the process and Ryan followed up during the process as well as after to see how our move went! This team continues to impress and I will continue to recommend to family, friends and clients. We can't thank you all enough!
