Amber and Envoy Mortgage are experts at what they do! This was the quickest, easiest refinance we've ever experienced and that's saying a lot for a VA loan. They really know their business and treat you like family. I won't go anywhere else in the future!

Everything made our experience great! It was very difficult making the first phone call. We had a bad loan with a high interest rate for 12 years and thought we were stuck with it. I called Amber and she was so positive! I got our paperwork to her and every step of the way she was positive. She and Julie of Envoy answered my questions almost immediately. Almost everything was completed online and was completed quickly. I am 68 and I have never had such a great loan experience!
