We met Jeff personally first, then found out later he was a loan broker and realtor. I was hesitant to do business with a friend but decided to give him and Cindy at Southern Oaks Mortgage a try. I was so happy I did. I priced my loan with five other banks and credit unions. This wasn’t my first refi and I knew I had great credit; it was literally going to be about the best deal.
