I have had this bank for a while I would say. The workers are amazing but the company isn't. I have asked for help with my banking on several occasions and I received no hope. We all struggle every now and then but I'm struggling now, I have asked for options and they can't do anything by the rules they serve. Unfortunately I have to cut them off because there really isn't anything one can do for any assistance as far as help goes. I pray the company evolves into something worthy of being "strong in community, or supporting it's members as crescom was made for the people."
