    I waited 12 minutes for someone to come up to the window only for them to tell me it would be a few minutes. It’s been 10 minutes since then and I’m still sitting here currently waiting

    Went to drive through banking. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to even to come over to attend to me. The teller was very nice once she finally did come to me. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to bring my cash back.
